List of potential allergens
1. Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt (a type of wheat), kamut (a type of coarse durum wheat) or their hybrid varieties, and products thereof, with the exception of:
(a) wheat-based glucose cupop, including dextrose;
(b) wheat-based maltodextrins;
(c) barley-based glucose syrup;
(d) cereals used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.

3. Eggs and products thereof.
4. Fish and fishery products with the exception of:
(a) fish gelatin used as a carrier of vitamins or carotenoid preparations;
(b) fish gelatine or fish glue used as an improving agent in beer and wine

6. Soybean products with the exception of:
(a) Fully refined soya oil and fat;
(b) Natural mixed tocopherols (E306), natural D-alpha tocopherol, natural D-alpha tocopherol acetate, natural D-alpha tocopherolsuccinate from soya sources;
(c) Phytosterols and phytosterol esters of vegetable oils obtained from soya soybeans;
(d) Vegetable stanol ester produced from sterols ofvegetable oils from soya sources;
7. Milk and milk products (including lactose) excluding:
